Do you take insurance?
I am not in network for any insurance plans at this time. If you have insurance and your plan provides coverage for out of network providers, I can provide statements which you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement of fees already paid.
Check with your provider and ask the following about your coverage for outpatient mental health benefits to see if you may be eligible for reimbursement:
- Does the plan provide mental health benefits?
- Does the plan provide reimbursement for out of network providers?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What diagnoses are included or excluded by the plan?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What paperwork is required?
